About Us
It was set up in March 1993 as an initial effort to promote social, cultural, educational and economic exchanges among the peoples of Hong Kong, China and Britain together with all other peoples, without distinction of colour or creed.
Its Mission Statement is
Integral Human Development through Education for Self-reliance and Service
We organise various programmes and courses for the general public, and also cater for specific groups with interests in Chinese culture. Besides, exchange missions are organized to promote cross interactions on education, culture and trade among China, Hong Kong and the UK.
The institute is an associate college of Middlesex University.
