Tuition fee : £150 (for 4 lessons including ingredients and recipes)

- Healthy Students will learn the skills and techniques of cooking various healthy Chinese and Japanese cuisines.
- Yummy Healthy food could be yummy as well and your whole family will fall in love with your new recipes.

There will be 8 Chinese and Japanese recipes for 4 lessons (main dish, starter, dessert, soup, noodles, vegetarian special...)
Tutor Chef: Mr Ben Cheng
Ben has got over 20 years professional experience in catering business in the UK. He became a Head Chef of the Good Earth Group when he was early 20 and later was promoted to the Executive Chef. He is an expert in Oriental cuisine especially Chinese cuisine.
Now he is one of the Directors of the Good Earth Group which is a reputable Chinese restaurant groups in Greater London with ‘high quality and consistent Chinese food' (Time Out Eating and Drinking Guide) and have ‘some of the best Chinese food in London' (The Evening Standard). Ben has passion in introducing Oriental cuisine especially Chinese cuisine to general public. He aims to promote Chinese cuisine and have many cooking demonstrations in different occasions. He recently gave cookery demonstrations for TCM workshops organised by Ming-Ai (London) Institute which is sponsored by China Now.
